News:

07-05-08:  LVLA is excited to announce the addition of our Bentonville, Arkansas location.  This particular growth to the Southeastern United States increases our network coverage to an area full of distribution opportunities.  We anticipate big things from our presence down there. 

05-01-08:  Las Vegas/LA Express was recognized for excellence once again by one of our distribution customers.  Phillips-Van Heusen gave LVLA the nod for yearly honors for Hub of the Year (Las Vegas, NV) and Customer Service of the Year (Ontario, CA).  We are very proud of these awards look forward to bringing more hardware home for the glass case.

03-24-08:  Las Vegas/LA Express is proud to announce the addition of LTL services in the San Diego, California and Phoenix, Arizona markets.  Although LVLA has serviced these areas along with many other markets with respect to LTL shipments, we now have the ability to leverage the extensive Vitran Express network to gain huge delivery efficiencies.  Any questions regarding routing can be forwarded to our Traffic Department.

03-23-08:  The move into our new facility in San Diego is complete.  We now have the room for growth that was much needed.

12-17-07:  LVLA has signed a lease for a new location in San Diego, CA.  The move will not take place for a while yet, but this building upgrade will supply the much needed operational space with room to grow. 

11-30-07:  We are pleased to announce that Las Vegas/LA Express is now part of the Vitran Group. 

11-13-07:  The Las Vegas/LA Express facility in Las Vegas has been awarded and Outstanding Service Award for Exceptional Performance from Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation.  In 2006, LVLA in Las Vegas achieved an on-time service performance of 99.10%.  “We salute your exceptional hard work and dedicated efforts in achieving this accomplishment.” 

11-02-07:  LVLA has signed a lease on another building in Chino, California.  This 93,522 square foot expansion, just minutes away from the Ontario terminal, will enable us to spread things out a bit and work more efficiently.  We are looking forward to filling this building up with more and more freight.

10-08-07:  Wanting to give back to the community and help children in need throughout the Inland Empire, LVLA has made a sizable contribution to the Garden of Angels charity. 

07-30-07:  In an effort to consolidate and upgrade LVLA's telecommunication needs, Qwest was selected as the sole vendor to handle the Voice and Data traffic.  We at LVLA are very excited to join up with Qwest and fully integrate our data flow by means of using a fully monitored and highly reliable network.
